A comfortable, newly refurbished, fresh, clean uncluttered 1 standard double bed annexe with en-suite, kitchen and sitting room looking out onto a beautifully kept garden in a quiet private residential road for single occupancy only. The annexe is only available to guests that are registered to stay at the house. No other guests / friends / partners should be invited into the home. There is free parking and a side entrance if guests wish to store their bikes. Tea, coffee and fresh milk (or alternative - please advise) will be provided for the first 4 days of any stay. There are lots of sports facilities nearby, plenty of bars and restaurants and golf courses. Epsom is also a great place to do some real walking as the Downs are 5 minutes’ drive (or a 25 min scenic walk) away where you will find the racecourse famous for The Derby along with two fabulous places to eat and drink. Yet the area boasts so much more, Epsom’s Playhouse Theatre has a reputation for top quality drama, music and comedy, Odeon cinema, the nearby Ashley Centre offers all the High Street names and a host of independent retailers. The nearby Rainbow Leisure Centre includes a sports hall, 25m swimming pool and a 140 station gym. A short drive away you will find Polesden Lacey, Wisley, Box Hill and Claremont (all National Trust) along with the Surrey Hills an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Excellent train service to London, easy access to the M25 and plenty of local buses. with ease of access to London and the nearby Chessington World of Adventures Epsom is a charming Market town (market days Thursdays, Saturdays and the first Sunday of the month) with everything you need.
