It's a cottage house on top of the hill, perfect for families or groups. Pristine nature and a feeling of a farm life. With some life stock to cuddle with (Rabbits, Sheeps, Chicken, mini goats, Ponnies ..), well maintained vegetable garden (to take vegetables from), barbecue place, kids outdoor playground (football, archery, Volleyball, badminton, children swing, kids playhouse etc ...), populated bee house, nice fireplace, swimming pond ... The whole property is beautifully maintained and kept. The children can play carefree in the playground (swing, sandpit and children's house with slide), while adults refresh themselves and relax in the bathing pond. Playground for sports activities such as football, archery, volleyball, badminton, etc ... We also have the opportunity to relax in our own apiary while the bees do their work. There is also a fireplace to enjoy romantic summer evenings under the stars. You are also welcome to help the host (comes every day to look after the animals) with work with the animals. On request, pony riding for children or riding for adults can be organized with neighboring farms (additional fees). Of course there is also a carport for 4 cars. The cottage is being reconstructed right now. And what you will see shortly is an upgrade of the current status of the cottage. Namely, we have extended the bedroom in the upper floor with the glass wall (where the balcony used to be) and built the upper terrace (comes with glass fence all around), which will be equipped with the Jaccuzy and the "Sun-bath" chairs and beds ... At the same time, the upper floor terrace will be the rain and sun shelter for the lower terrace. All in all, the comfort will be much bigger and I'm sure you're gonna like it. Just for your information I send you some photos to gain an impression about how it's gonna look like :) You can access all parts of the property, the barn, the bee house for aromatherapy, the outdoor amenities like the pond, the laundry room etc ... Me or our housekeeper are always available for any queries. Traditional Slovenian Breakfast can be ordered and real barbecue on spot will be organized on demand (extra chrage). Our kids also offer you the riding hours in the enclosure, with our mare Ariel, which however is situated in the farm near Maribor. The riding for kids is only possible with the escortage of our kids. The price for the horse riding hour is 15,00 EUR Only 3 kms away there is a fishing and jogging around lake of Sveta Trojica for fishermen amongst the guest, biking possibilities in the woods and the surrounding hills, 20 - 30 kms away there are two Spa areas (Terme 3000 and Terme Ptuj). Just 30 kms to Maribor and Pohorje with its exclusive Downhill mountain Bike Trail and some 20 kms to the Austrian Bike Touring path from Graz to Bad Radkersburg). As a cultural delight there is a famous Sveta Trojica Franziskan Monastry which i certainly worth while. There is also a lot of Wine & Dine possibilities in the suburb area. The next shopping destination is considered to be Maribor and Graz in Austria. The property is just app. 55 kms away from Airport Graz (Austria) or 130 kms from Airport Ljubljana. All the way down to the property there is a highway. The property lays only 7 kms from the highway from Maribor to Murska Sobota. Not far away there are some Skiing areas Pohorje and Rogla, which can be perfectly combined with the skking holidays. It's a perfect place for hunters since the whole area is situated in the middle of hunting area in North-East Slovenia. We are currently reconstructing the cottage, which will give it even more comfort for your stay. See pictures ... The location of the cottage can be considered as the natural quarantine again "Corona" since the closest neghbour is nearly 100 meters away :) If you want to order a traditional home-made breakfast, it will be waiting for you every morning in the basket in front of the front door (chargeable, unfortunately :( ...) You can also order a catering service (grill service), which is also chargeable.
