Hot tub retreat - Essex

A perfect space for a relaxing break for two, with a Lay-z-spa hot tub for your sole use throughout your stay. Set in a semi-detached annexe, you will have your own private entrance, driveway and outdoor courtyard area with private lay-z-spa hot tub. The space includes a bedroom, bathroom, small outside courtyard-style area with hot tub, and a private parking space. Private bathroom, towels, toiletries etc. Contact-free self check-in. (Please note: there is no kitchen. However, a fridge and kettle are provided for your convenience. A microwave can also be arranged, on request) This accommodation features self check-in. We are available if you need us. However, unless we hear from you, we will leave you to enjoy a peaceful stay. The accommodation is located on a semi rural lane. Expect fields, a small handful of other houses, birds in the trees and a slow drive down the ‘bumpy road’ Your car parking space is directly in front of your accommodation. Trains to/from London typically run hourly to Weeley train station, a 20 minute walk from the accommodation. Colchester is around 20 minutes by car. Clacton-on-Sea 10-15 minutes. Frinton-on-Sea and Walton-on-the-Naze 15-20 minutes. Ipswich 40 minutes. Harwich 25 minutes. The hot tub must be used with care (please shower before use, no dangerous or harmful behaviour). You are responsible for ensuring your own safety. Use of the hot tub and all other appliances/facilities is at your own discretion and you have responsibility for your own safety. Smoking, BBQs, candles and all heat/ash generating activities are strictly prohibited. These will damage the lay-z-spa. A charge will be applied for a replacement, should damage occur.
