This beautiful sandy beach location in the quiet village of Sandilands near the town of Sutton on Sea is the perfect place for chilling out and relaxing. The ideal place to spend time together with family or friends. There are plenty of places to visit when not walking or playing on the sands. Lincoln city is just over an hours drive, the town of Louth is a short drive. You are close to the North Sea Observatory at Chapel St Leonards, the Seal Sanctuary at Mablethorpe - so many things to do.. Welcome to our family holiday home, with two living areas - the front room and the conservatory, there is plenty of space to relax. The private outside space is perfect for BBQs (you’ll need to bring your own BBQ equipment), sunbathing and garden games when the weather allows or try out one of the many jigsaws inside when the weather closes in. Whatever the weather this bungalow allows you to enjoy being by the sea. With fantastic walks along the promenade or beach, paddling bare foot or wrapped up in a warm coat with your boots on, if you enjoy the seaside, you will love a break here at our family holiday home! The bungalow has some basic provisions in the kitchen cupboards and fridge which you are welcome to help yourself to. To top up your shopping there is a well stocked CoOp on the way to the town of Sutton on Sea and plenty of other shops in the town too. In Sandilands village there is the licensed Bistro / cafe, The Fat Seagull and you can walk left along the promenade to Sutton-on-sea in 20 minutes. Try an internet search for Farmer Browns Dairy Ice Cream cafe for a cafe on the farm treat! FYI - The front room would be a squash for more than 5 or 6 adults watching TV in the evening although there are sofas and chairs to relax in, in the conservatory. EV Charger - you'll require a 3 pin charger. Quiet local residential area. 5 minute walk to the Fat Seagull cafe / bistro and 20 minute walk along the promenade to Sutton on Sea restaurants and bars. Fun and games at Mablethorpe and Skegness. local bus services and taxis - and local bike hire available
