My newly refurbished Apartment is a calm and cosy environment if you need a place to chill out when in Braintree. If you are in town for business or pleasure the house has everything you need. Location The house is centrally located on a quiet road around 0.4 miles walk to Braintree Train Station, Bus Station and Town Centre. The trains are regular every 30- 45 minutes (incl to Stratford, London Liverpool St & the London Airports) so no need to panic! The Lounge is bright with new highly comfortable sofa and come fully equipped with all sheets and pillows . The brand-new bathroom is to quality finish and has a fully enclosed shower. There is also a full kitchen with everything you need. There is a small dining room table if you enjoy cooking or entertaining or need to spread out your work papers. There is a comfy sofa and Full Freeview TV to watch after a hard days work or if you’ve had a long travel. Free high speed WiFi is available for use Guests have access to all areas of the Apartment and communal area is for access only. To keep your costs down on the property we ask ourguest to Power for the electricity as they go via Prepayment meter on the Ground Floor communal area. (this only accepts (£1/2 Pound coins) It averagely uses around £1per day in the cummer and £2/3per day in the winter dependant of how much heating you use Parking isn’t available at the Property see (other notes for more details) . Check in times are shown but are not restricted to therefore I am happy to discuss and try and accommodate times that suit your requirements. Access to the house is via a Keybox in which holds the house keys. This gives guests even greater flexibility on when they wish to check in & out.
