Orchard house by a forest

This comfortable house is located in calm and quiet place by the forest bellow small village of Brada. Perfect spot to relax in green surroundings, calm base to venture on many trips in Bohemian Paradise and else! House is surrounded by huge garden with lots of trees and orchard, great place to chill out, play, rest, BBQ! Three bedrooms available with nine comfy beds. There is one bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen downstairs. Two remaining bedrooms are upstairs in an attic. The area is perfect for nature walks, trips to castles and other cultural and historical sites of Bohemian Paradise . Great for cycling, rock climbing, fishing, swimming in nearby ponds (Jinolické rybníky) and other fun activities. Terrace with garden furniture and large parasol to relax outside is right next to the house. This is also the perfect spot for your barbecue (gas BBQ grill available). Smaller terrace with a roof (to sit outside when it rains) is together with a shed located next to the house. Simple firepit is located bellow the house in the garden. There is small wooden shed like play-house for kids at the bottom of a garden. There is a table and chairs, toys to play with and also a little attick with a mattress. Swings and a slide are next to the playhouse. Sand pit with toys available. Layout of the house, all can be seen in the photos. Downstairs: Bedroom (double bed, couch-sofabed). Bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet). Living room (dining table, chairs, couch-sofabed, coffee table). Kitchen (electric stove and oven, sink, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, small fridge, microvawe oven, toaster) The attic: Bedroom n.1 (single bed, double bed and a larger single bed, (TV with a VHS tape player - various style of movies on tapes available) Bedroom n.2 (double bed and a single bed (this bedroom is accessible trough the bedroom n.1) There are 9 beds and 2 couches (sofa-beds) to accomodate up to 11 people. There is electric heating in all rooms. Two outhouses (outside dry toilets) available in the garden. Before you book: 1) There is a local recerational tax to be paid. The fee is 15 CZK per person (18-70yrs) per night. It will be collected in cash on arrival. 2) We have to do keep the register of accomodated persons for local authority so we will need some personal details of yours: name, address, ID/passport number. 3) To get to the house you drive on a gravel road down trough the forest. This road can be driven in normal car. Some difficulties can arise during winter weather (melted snow and frost etc.) Under those circumstences is up to the client to have a suitable vehicle to get to and from the house. (Especially If you want to rent during winter months (not normally offered). 3) There wil be bed sheets but no bed linen (pillow case, quilt cover). So please take your own covers (pillow (50x70cm) quilt (140x200cm) or pay extra 150CZK/person (on arrival) and we will provide them for you. Do not use pillows and quilts without any bedlinen! 4) Small children have to be supervised in the house and the garden - especially around the stairs (stairs leading into the attic, stairs in kids play-house, stairs outside of the house). If your kids do wet the bed sometimes, it is your responsibility to make sure no mattrasse, quilts or pillows are soiled. 5) No smoking, please. Do not wear outside shoes/footwear inside the house, please, 6) Our place is located in nature, so some encounter with some creepy crawleys outside is possible. Also inside, if you keep lights on and windows open. Also, our neighbour has sheep with bells on, which can be sometimes heard as they graze around. My patner and I live in Jičín, just 15 minuts away from this holiday home. We speak Czech and English. Prachov sandstone "rock town" just 2km walk trough forest. Many castles of Bohemian Paradise and other cultural sites in the region. Access by car, last 600 metres is gravel road in forest, drivable in normal car.
