Luxury Self Contained Studio on the Roseland Peninsula. En-suite, parking, WiFi

The self contained Studio is open-plan and is perfect for a romantic break or a holiday with a little one in toe. You may stay for short breaks or treat yourself to a full week or more. The mini kitchen in the Studio has all you need to make your own private breakfast – equally you are welcome to come next door and enjoy Abigail’s home cooked Full English in the bed and breakfast. The front door opens onto a tiled area, with hanging space for jackets and space to pop your shoes below. There is a small table that can extend if needed and seats for three people. An easy chair sits in the corner so you can enjoy the evening sun. The living room/kitchenette is well equipped with a two ring induction hob, combi microwave, sink and standard small fridge along with kettle, toaster and a selection of kitchen equipment. When you arrive there will be a selection of teas, coffee and hot chocolate as well as milk and a packet of Cornish biscuits. For an extra charge we can put together a breakfast welcome pack if you know you will be arriving late this may be a very welcome, a few days notice is required for this. The bedroom area is all carpeted with twin beds that zip together to create a comfortable king-size double. There is a z-bed available and/or room for a travel cot. A second comfy chair is in the corner but can be moved to the living area if you wish. There are bedside tables either side, with an alarm clock radio and bedside lights. A full length mirror and wall mounted TV with Freeview and DVD-player. A big cupboard with hanging space and shelves is located at the far end where you will find an iron and ironing board, hair dryer and snuggly blankets. The en-suite bathroom is really spacious with a large walk-in shower, separate bath, wash-hand basin, loo, bidet and heated towel rail for your fluffy towels. Soap, shower gel, shampoo and hand and body lotion are all provided. Loo rolls are provided for when you arrive. Outside there is ample space for off road parking. The little south facing patio area outside your door has a table and chairs for you to enjoy a glass of wine or good book soaking up the Cornish sun.
