No letting to youth groups. There is a surround sound system, a Blue Ray player as well as PlayStation 4 with various games. There is an alarm system installed for your safety. The garden encourages outdoor activities with its beach volley court, play castle with swings, a sandpit, a slide and trampoline (usage at own risk).
