Parties or events not allowed as per airbnb regs. Yellow house has 1 bath, small sitting space/kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, toaster and outdoor gas grill. Rustic and Rural. Guests to bring own linens, bedding, towels, pillows & toiletries. Provided: toilet paper, hand soap, hand paper towels. bath house with showers, toilets and sinks is available seasonally.
