Cozy and modern apartment - conveniently situated

The neat and modern apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house near Nuremberg in the village called Speikern. The immediate proximity to the city of Nuremberg offers fair visitors as well as tourists or other visitors a great opportunity to live cheaply and relaxed in the countryside. The living space of the first floor apartment is generously designed and offers an excellent, quiet and comfortable accommodation. Three rooms of the apartment on the first floor is exclusively for the guests: a living- and bedroom, a kitchen with all necessary kitchen facilities and a modern bathroom. Furthermore, the apartment has 2 more rooms which are used as sewing rooms and are locked. These will not be used by us during the guests' stay. We live on the ground floor of the house and are always ready to help you with advice or anything you need. Speikern is a quiet and very central located village between the cities Lauf an der Pegnitz and Hersbruck. There are several supermarkets and shops at the entrance of Speikern. The two small towns Lauf an der Pegnitz and Hersbruck are in immediate vicinity and can be reached by car in approx. 8 minutes. Nuremberg is about 30 kilometers away (approx. 25 driving minutes). Via the motorway A9 you can reach the exhibition centre in Nuremberg in a 20-minute car drive.Speikern has its own train station and direct connections to Nuremberg (25 min.), Lauf, Hersbruck etc. The motorway exit of the A9 / Hersbruck can be reached in only 5 minutes by car. Parking is possible in the streets around the house (free of charge).
