Downstairs there is a large sitting room and dining room as well as a good sized kitchen. There is a garden to the front of the property and access to a yard at the rear which is available for off street parking. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms, one bedroom is ensuite and there is additionally a separate shower room for guests as well as an office space and third bedroom. The A1 and the Tyne Tunnel are easily accessible from this location The local beach town of South Shields is home to stunning coastline walks with sandy beaches and amusements as well as many bars and restaurants nearby.
