Green surroundings but close to town-center

We are happy to offer our son's room to guests after he's moved out to study far away. So the room is in the basement of a detached house, but the morning sun enters through the garden window. It's furnished, you sleep in a queen-sized-bed (140 cm); but in shelves, wardrobe and on the desk there are still our son's personal belongings. Anyway: enough room left for you. As we like to meet our guests in our kitchen, we'd like to ask you to show you're vaccinated against Covid or recently tested. You will have your own, private bathroom and, to prepare or eat breakfast or another meal, of course you can use our kitchen and dining/living room. In summer there's a nice terrace you can sit outside and enjoy the view. We're surrounded by vineyards and there's a very nice park nearby, so you'll be tented to go for pleasant walks... Cars can be parked in the street, there's a direct bus downtown and to the central station, stop about 3 minutes walk away. Town center is 3 kms, a 25 minutes walk downhill.
