The house is approximately 1 hours drive from Toulouse International airport, which has daily flights to and from the UK with British Airways and Easyjet. The Bastide market town of St Clar is a mere 6 minute walk away with an excellent supermarket, 2 x boulangeries, a market every Thursday, local bars and restaurants, bank and hairdresser and tabac. St Clar also has a Base de Loisirs (outside water and amusement park), ideal for children, which offers water slides, lake, beach, pedalos, games and a restaurant and is a 10 minute drive away. Further afield (9km) is the larger town of Fleurance, which offers a more comprehensive range of shopping, a large regional market every Tuesday, and a 9 hole (soon to be 18 hole) golf course nearby. There are 4 x sets of golf clubs available for your use ! There are also 2 tennis courts in St Clar that can be hired and tennis rackets are also supplied for your use.
