Grey Seal is a beautifully furnished luxury holiday home in East Runton - less than a mile away from the North Norfolk town of Cromer. Set over 3 floors, the property has been newly renovated and refurbished in March 2020 and offers all of the creature comforts needed to make your stay a memorable one. The spacious living and dining area is open plan - two televisions and comfortable sofas - with a kitchen area that has all of the equipment you will need, whether your stay is short or for a longer holiday. There's also a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Three bedrooms and two shower rooms over the top two floors offer real comfort and will sleep up to 6 guests - two double beds and a single bed which pulls out to create another double. There's a bathroom with shower and WC - and another ensuite to the master bedroom. Grey Seal is literally within a stone's throw of the village amenities - shop, pub, cafe and fish and chip shop and is less than a minute's walk to the entrance to the beach at East Runton. The iconic North Norfolk seaside town of Cromer is less than 20 minutes on foot and 3 minute drive away.
