A 3 bedroom home with a great kitchen and living room area! Perfect location to enjoy many types of summer and winter activities! Rangeley is a 15-minute drive north with dining and bowling! The rental is a 30-minute drive from Saddleback Mountain and a 45-minute drive to Sugarloaf Mountain. Beautiful home with a beautiful yard and pond located in a valley surrounded by hills and mountains! I do have a workshop in the Garage that I will need access to on the weekends, I will always walk over (or 4wheeler/snowmobile) not park a vehical in the driveway. So you may see me on the property. We do have exterior security cameras, no cameras located in the house. Every area in the house except the basement and locked closet in the master bedroom. The garage and side building are off-limits as well. We live next to the property and either my wife or I will be available at most times! This property is located 10 minute north of the town of Phillips. A 15-minute drive south of the town of Rangeley. Great private access to local snowmobile trails! Sugarloaf Ski area is an hour drive as well as Saddleback Ski area is a 30 min drive! Located in the western mountains of Maine there is an ample amount of outdoor activities to do! Many mountains and hiking! Smalls Falls Rest Area is located 2 miles north, as well as the Appalachian Trail is a 10-minute drive from the property! *NOTE:* There is current road construction the main road next to the rental for summ (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) -Absolutely no swimming or fishing in the pond. -Absolutely no ice skating or walking on pond ice during the winter. -Absolutely no outdoor fires in the winter. -If you plan on bringing snowmobile please let us know when booking.
