Delightful garden Pod with stunning views.

Enjoy the lovely setting of the quirky garden building benefitting from stunning views of the South Downs and towards Steyning Bowl. This unusual house is beautifully fitted to make the most of the small footprint. It has everything you need to get away from hustle and bustle whilst conveniently located within a few hundred metres of a characterful market village. The views are south facing and the deck is perfect for reading in the sun or enjoying the sunset with a glass of wine. Guests have access to use the garden south of the pod. This extends to 30m. Internally there is a fitted double bed and an additional sofa bed which bedding can be provided for. Parking is normally within 100m of the building however this cannot be guaranteed. Henfield has everything you need from a butchers, supermarket, cafes and restaurants. Shoreham is about 20 mins South and horsham approx 20 mins North. I will happily provide my number to guests in case any assistance is needed. We do use the garden occasionally, predominately to maintain it. The accommodation is located just on the outskirts of the historic village of Henfield. Henfield is home to stunning walks, amazing bike riding, a vibrant village center and all this only 20 minutes drive to the beach. There is no dedicated parking however plenty of parking close by. After booking I will email with various parking suggestions. I wouldn’t expect suitcases a luggage though due to the size of the house. The Pod is located within the grounds of our Barn. We are looking forward to sharing the location with guests who respect this. Every hospitality will be extended and we hope people take full advantage of the location and the garden it offers. We would kindly request no parties however. Our garden has frequent visitors like foxes, woodpeckers and bats. The deck offers and ideal setting to enjoy the sunset and enjoy the wildlife.
