The lovely archways add some architectural interest and the beautiful paint and flooring provide the perfect backdrop for the décor to shine. The gorgeous furniture and interior design lend a rustic style and create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The front of the home features the living room and dining room beautifully furnished and decorated. The living room has a sofa bed and also opens up to the amazing kitchen so you can all be together. It contains a HUGE custom wood island offering tons of counterspace. You’ll love being in this fully equipped kitchen whether you’re cooking up a fresh meal or just enjoying some local takeout. There is also a breakfast nook that looks out onto the backyard. The heart of the home is the cozy cinema room with a large TV. It has comfy seating, a foosball table, and movie posters adorning the walls. You’ll have so much fun hanging out in here with the whole group! You’ll have plenty of room to comfortably spread out in the six spacious bedrooms (the 6th bedroom being the cinema room equipped with a sofa and a sectional) . And with 3 full bathrooms, everyone will be able to get ready in the mornings without making you late for your activities! You’ll be 40 minutes to DFW Airport and just 25 to downtown Dallas. You’ll be just a short drive away from the most popular Dallas attractions. Pay a visit to one of the several museums, including Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Museum of Art, and The Sixth Floor Museum. Other must-see attractions include the JFK Memorial, Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens, Dallas World Aquarium, and Dallas Zoo. You also can’t miss checking out Reunion Tower —it looks especially spectacular at night! Closer to Rowlett, the Wet Zone Waterpark is 6 minutes away, offering a fun destination for the whole family, and the Waterview Golf Club is just 11 minutes away. There are also tons of green spaces. The Rowlett Creek Preserve (located 11 minutes away) offers a 15.6-mile-long trail and allows hikers to create paths ranging from one to 15 miles long. Just 4 minutes away and situated on 6.4 acres of land, Lakeside Park is a recreational area that features hiking trails that wrap around the lake. We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out. ★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★ We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property.
