One-minute walk to RIO and a five-minute walk to Crown. Both have many restaurants and bars, shops, movie theatre, Starbucks, banks, and more. I am available by Airbnb messaging, phone, text, or email. Safety is always the first priority. This neighborhood is very very safe. It is filled with retailers, families, and fortune 500 pharmaceutical companies, national medical institutions, hospitals, etc. The kids playing around outside in my community in summer evenings and the RIO and Downtown Crown are pretty much always full of people in all the restaurants, bars, movie theater, etc. Easy access to I-270, MD-200. Easy access to Shady Grove Metro Station. 5 mins drive.
