Apartment Aspen - Bright & cozy with FREE PARKING!

Apartment Aspen is located in a 3-flat family house. It is easily accessible from the highway (parking provided), but the park and greenery are across the street. Most important, the city centre is a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk away. The flat itself is easily accessible, bright and well lit, recently renovated with love and provides you with all the essentials you could possibly need + a shared patio. Best of all - there is a small, but extremely loved herb garden just outside the door. This is a private apartment with a separate entrance. You will have access to a bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and a living room. You are also free to use a (shared, but rarely occupied) patio. Parking space is available in front of the house. We are always there to meet and greet our guests upon arrival. We show you around the apartment (also around the neighbourhood if desired) and love to suggest some things to see and do in Ljubljana. We are always available for more questions via phone. The apartment is located in a quiet, family orientated area, but still just a few minute drive to the city centre. We are surrounded by nature, a park and a walking trail, but close to a bar and a store for emergencies. For everything else, the city centre is a 5 minute drive or a 25 minute walk away! We are currently renovating another apartment in the building so there is construction material on property, but the smashing and banging is over with, so we are ready to host again! The main road to our street is also being dug up currenly. Bus station 7 minutes from the house, one-way ride is 1,3€. Taxi to the city center is about 3,5€ and it's the most convenient way to get around. Free car parking is in front of the house. The tourist tax is not included in the price and it is paid through AIRBNB resolution center. At arrival, you receive the receipt for your stay as well as the tourist tax. Children under the age of 7 are exempted from paying the Tourist Tax. For children aged from 7 to 18, the tax is halved, which currently amounts to € 1,57 (1,26 € Tourist tax + 0,31 € promotional tax) per night. Tourist tax for adults is € 3,13 (2,50 € Tourist tax + 0,63 € promotional tax) per night.
