Fresh and contemporary double bedroom with private bathroom, in stylish brand new house close to University and all local amenities on the Forest side of Loughborough. My house is a three bedroom semi-detached newly built (late 2018) home on the Forest side of Loughborough. Approximately 5 minutes walk away from the University and 10 minutes from the centre of Town. I live here and use one bedroom with my own ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom I am listing on AirBnB (this listing) and I use the third bedroom as a temporary office space (which also has a pull-out double bed). The room listed here is light and airy, newly furnished and south facing. There is a comfortable double bed with Kingsize quilt. Stylishly decorated, with hanging space and shelf for storage. Guests have exclusive access to the master bathroom, comprising of; bath with shower, toilet, sink and full height towel radiator. The rest of the house is clean and tidy and very relaxing, with full access to anything a guest may wish to use. I strongly feel that when I have guests they should feel comfortable and at home for however long they stay with me. The kitchen is spacious and modern, with patio doors leading into the garden. It is fully equipped with a fan oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There is high speed wifi and two televisions (32" in the Kitchen and 49" in the Living Room) both have smart capabilities and there is a wide selection of DVDs to watch. There is a driveway with space for one more car but there is on street parking available nearby too. Loughborough University is only a 5 minute walk away with Loughborough town only 10 minutes away. There is also a bus stop just outside with a good number of bus routes around the area. As I work in Loughborough and will be living in the house whilst hosting, I am available if you should have any queries or need any help. My home is situated in a small new build development of around 30 houses. It is within short walking distance of the University, the Town Centre and a large Tesco Extra. Whilst it is close to all these amenities, there are some stunning countryside walks on the doorstep, including the Outwoods and Beacon Hill. The train station is around a 30 minute walk from my home, but takes only a few minutes in a taxi (which costs around £6). There is a bus stop nearby with great links around Loughborough and the surrounding areas. Loughborough also has great access to the M1 and is only a 15 minute drive from East Midlands Airport.
