HILLSIDE LOFT - MOUNTAIN ROOM

The Mountain Room is spacious with an en-suite bathroom which faces the mountain. It has its own TV and Coffee/Tea station. The King Size bed may be converted into 2 single beds if preferred. There is a sleeper couch which will accommodate 2 small children or 1 adult at an extra charge. Fully fitted kitchen and large lounge/dining room with fireplace & DSTV is shared with the Garden Room. Separate entrance with ample parking. Sweeping views over the trout dams and Gowrie Golf Course. Easy access to all the major schools, coffee shops and restaurants and the attractions of the Midlands Meander as well as the many wedding venues in the area. Trout fishing, MTB cycle track and trail running on the estate. Full use of the kitchen, lounge dinning area with separate entrance and parking. We are normally home but due to the nature of the accommodation its very easy to access and enjoy all that is on offer, even if we are away. You are on a secure working farm / residential estate. Its open fields , wildlife and fresh air are something to enjoy out of the city. The farm has great trails if you are a runner, enjoy walking or MTN Biking, fishing or golfing. Gowrie Farm is only a few kilometers from most of Nottingham Roads main attractions, including most wedding venues. Walking is easy to the village which offers coffee shops, restaurants, a pharmacy, fishing shop, gym and doctors rooms. You will need to get hold of me before hand to request a pin for access to the farm.
