Entire guest suite with own front door. Minutes away from beautiful walks that link the many public footpaths both within and around this beautiful and peaceful part of West Yorkshire. Should you require a pub, cafe or take-away, we have these within the village. For a wider choice of amenities and eateries, Holmfirth is a twenty minute walk away for the "Last of the Summer Wine" experience along with Holmfirth's many annual events. It even has its own vineyard! Major cities are 25 miles away. Our decor is simple yet stylish. During the present pandemic we are unable to offer books or magazines to reduce risk of cross-infection. Our standard of hygiene is high for our guests which is what we expect when we go away. We offer complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, jams for a simple, continental type breakfast. We provide fresh milk, butter and filtered water which can be found in the fridge. There is a choice of two cereal types. Fresh bread is supplied for use with the toaster. As this is complimentary, we do not cater for different dietary needs. We offer our WiFi code for free and there is also a TV installed. Hopefully the weather will be fabulous so you can enjoy all the beautiful walks around here. We are a couple of minutes away from the National Park area. Leeds and Manchester are both equidistant from us, at 25 miles either way. There is a good train service from Huddersfield or nearby Slaithwaite which can be accessed by bus from our road. There are two steps up into the hallway to enter the house. The accommodation is up a flight of stairs. Everything is on the same level connecting the two bedrooms and bathroom. We cannot offer the use of a stair gate. Please park on our drive in front of the house. Please note: For guests who want to stay longer - there is no kitchen within the accommodation. It is designed for Bed and Breakfast only.
