A good balance between space, style and comfort for a unique experience. 50 SQ M of living space, the apartment is located in the heart of Royal Leamington Spa, 3 minutes away from the main the Parade street (main town high street), 1 minute away from shops, cafés and restaurants and near public transports (8 minutes away from the Train station). Warwick University, Jaguar Land Rover, Stafford-upon-Avon and Birmingham are located 20-25 minutes away by car. Entrance is direct from Dale street and through a large staircase that lead to the first floor. The access is suitable for children and people with low mobility. Private parking is available on a dedicated spot the building or on Dale street (alongside). A visitor parking permit is provided for the duration of your stay. My co-host and I are leaving 3 minutes away from the apartment and will pop in to assist guests with any unforeseeable issue they may have. By car Leamington is just 5 miles from junctions 13 and 14 of the M40, 4 miles from the A46 and 11 miles from the M45. The town is also easily accessible from the North via the M6 (J4a). By rail The train station is only 12-15 minutes’ walk from the apartment. There are direct train links to Royal Leamington Spa from many neighbouring towns and cities such as: Coventry - 11 minutes Banbury - 17 minutes Birmingham International - 21 minutes Birmingham - 25 minutes London Marylebone is only 1 hour and 15 minutes away. By bus Regular bus services run to and from the town centre The sitting room is equipped with a large table suitable for work. The kitchen has a dining table suitable for four people.
