Offering a family friendly open plan living space downstairs, prepare your meals in the kitchen whilst continuing your conversation with guests in the living and dining areas. With the added convenience of a downstairs WC. Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom with sea views, double bed, easy accessible USB charging points, wardrobe and drawers, dressing table and smart TV with Netflix. You will find a hairdryer in the wardrobe. There is the option to have an extra single bed put up, but this is at the expense of the TV, as they will not both fit safely. In the rear bedroom, which overlooks the courtyard garden, you also have the convenience of USB charging point, double bed, wardrobe and drawers. This bedroom also has a smartTV with Netflix. The well appointed bathroom comprises of bath with shower over, sink and toilet. You will have access to the whole property, including the westerly facing courtyard garden. We live a 5 minute drive away in Whitley Bay. Should there be any problems, someone will be available to pop in to assist you. Set on the seafront in Cullercoats, a small fishing village between the larger towns of Whitley Bay and Tynemouth, Victoria Cottage is a five minute walk from lovely cafes and restaurants, offering a wide choice of cuisines. Cullercoats is proud to fly its blue flag over Cullercoats Bay beach, where you can enjoy, paddle boarding, canoeing, kayaking, swimming, or just walking on the sand. Should you wish to travel further afield, Cullercoats metro station is a 5 minute walk away, with links to the city centre and airport. There is parking available in the back lane to the rear of the property. In the unlikely event that there aren't any available spaces, there is on street parking on Eskdale Terrace, which is just around the corner. The cottage is a 20 minute drive to Newcastle City Centre, and a half hour drive to Newcastle International Airport. Cullercoats Metro Station is a 5 minute walk away, with links to Newcastle City Centre, St James' Park, Newcastle Central Station, Newcastle Airport, Sunderland University and the Stadium of Light
