You will enjoy the diversity of the peaceful quiet country side on your doorstep and the vibrant city life within half an hour that this property has to offer. It is good for couples, solo travellers and business travellers alike, with excellent links to M5 and M42 motorway networks. Debonair bnb @33 is a private double room with a brand new en suite shower room. Guests will have their own private access to their room (an annex separate from the main house) via a separate door at the front of the detached house. Guests will also have their own access to the delightful south facing garden which they are welcome to use. Guests will access their room from a flat driveway and entrance door separate from the main house. There are no stairs, the bedroom and ensuilte are on the ground floor. Guests can also access the garden from the entrance hallway off the bedroom, where they can sit, relax, and eat breakfast or enjoy a glass of wine. I am available Tuesdays-Saturday in person, and Sunday & Mondays by telephone. I am accommodating and will strive to make your stay enjoyable. Upper Marlbrook is an affluent quiet area of Bromsgrove at the foot of the Lickey Hills, popular with walkers and bike riders, but close to Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham City centre and Worcester, offering excellent access to the M5 & M42 motorway. There is a Tesco express a few mins walk away and a Miller & Carter. There are various tearooms a few mins drive away and some within walking distance. Barnt Green is a 5 min. drive away, where you will find village shops and pubs, and a railway station. It can also be a nice leisurely walk for those who enjoy walking. Bromsgrove town centre and Aston Fields are a 5/10 min drive away offering cafe, bars, restaurants, shops and railway station. Longbridge town is less than 10 mins away and offers a big M&S and other larger shops, and railway station. Debonair bnb @33 is centrally located for attractions such as: Birmingham International Airport NEC Stratford-upon-Avon Warwick Castle Hanbury Hall Harvington Hall Ragley Hall NIA Birmingham Jinney Ring Centre Sea life Centre West Midlands Safari Park Black Country living Museum Cadbury World to name but a few. These are all within a 20 -40 min drive. Guest's are able to self check.
