Ideal business trip base Single Room Double Bed in a comfortable family house within walking distance of town centre and open parkland Large Victorian terrace with period features Shared Family home My house is 2 minutes walk away from, the most beautiful park in Derby, Darley Park. 5 mins walk from Derby city centre. The Quad cinema and Derby Theatre are within easy reach. There are excellent cycle trails nearby and Derbyshire is renowned for for walking and rock-climbing opportunities. There isn't a television in the bedroom but I am happy for guests to use the lounge. Also, there are no problems concerning the use of the kitchen. The Beautiful Peak District is easily accessible including Matlock, Bakewell, Buxton and Wirksworth. Sheffield and Nottingham all within easy travelling.
