18th century norman farmhouse in the heart of Perche, 1h45 from Paris by car or train. Very well restored (exposed beams, terracotta tiles, fireplace...), with a beautiful garden of 2.000 m² on the edge of field, a petanque field a few tens of meters from the house, all the ingredients are put together to enjoy the countryside and larges spaces. Close to the green way that connects Paris to Mont Saint-Michel, the surroundings offer multiple possibilities for hikes and walks. This farmhouse represents all the charm of countryside and traditional style with modern comfort. A true haven of peace, the atmosphere that emerges is conducive to relaxation in all seasons, in the garden, in front of the fireplace or around a game of pétanque. You can also go in 20 minutes to Bellême which is a charming town or in 15 minutes to the Chapelle-Montligeon, known for its magnificent Basilica Notre-Dame. For walking or sports, the green way crossing the Perche is nearby (1km away) and the surrounding area is full of forests and paths.
