Aliki villa 330m with private pool

This charming house In two levels is built in a piece of land of 1300m,surrounded by a beautiful garden and with a private fresh water pool. Furnished and decorated with excellent taste provides the most luxurious and comfortable stay to its tenants. This house has been the permanent residence of our family for many years. This is why,as you may see on the photos but you will definitely feel it when you come, is so cozy and beautiful. It is an all season house but the best time to come is spring when all the flowers in the garden gloom and the grass is getting greener. You have a view of the garden and the pool from both the spacious sitting room and the romantic dining room but for us the hot spot of this property is the patio just outside the living room and next to the pool. Also there is some view of the sea from the upper floor In the house you will find a brochure with all the details and information you may need during your stay. Nevertheless, you may call my mobile phone for any case of emergency The house is in a distance of 400m from two different sandy beaches. The nearest town,only 3 km from the property, is Rafina where you may find all kind of shops,banks and restaurants. Also from the port of Rafina boats leave daily with destination some of the Cyclades islands. If you use a car, then you have a variety of choices in the nearby area, not only concerning food but also sports, leisure and sight seeing, such as tennis, horse riding, windsurfing, winery tours and outlet shopping There is a bus that connects our neighborhood, every approximately 30 minutes, with Rafina, Mati and Nea Makri. The busses to the center of Athens leave every half an hour from the center of Rafina, 3km form the property. Busses connect also the port of Rafina and the airport Eleftherios Venizelos. A cleaning service and change of sheets and towels is provided without any extra charge every fourth day of your stay. More frequent or even daily maid service is available upon request and it has an extra charge of 10€/per hour
