Trinity River, Private Room Private Bath-Wifi & TV

Private bedroom and bathroom in a shared home with myself and animals. Home is located on the river, and you can walk right down to the water. Private entrance, you can drive right up to your private porch and entrance. Booking includes, private bedroom, bathroom, a living area with a desk, couch (hide a bed), chair, and easy access to the kitchen. Access to laundry, Wi-fi on DSL, smart TV in bedroom, NetFlix, Hulu & DISH. Coffee and cream. Central location to highways, and Weaverville,CA Located on the Trinity river with beautiful views. Lots of room to park, even with a trailer. Easy access to Weaverville (7 miles) Hayfork (24 miles) and Redding (39 miles). In the bedroom there is as a brand new bed, with a fresh clean mattress pad, and with 100% cotton sheets, 100 % down comforter, and always a freshly washed duvet. With lots of pillows offered and extra blankets if needed. There is a smart TV in the bedroom, that has Netflix, Hulu and Dish TV. A closet with lots of space for clothes. There is a large living area also, with a couch and hide a bed. That is for your use, and a desk if you need a place to work. There is also a wood stove, for colder weather. Private porch and guest entrance. Parking is easy, and lots of it. The driveway loops around. Close to the highway but not close enough to see the highway. Can be available. Not walking friendly, 7 mile drive to Weaverville. 30 minute drive or more to white water rafting, and the Trinity lake. There is a tiny local store and post office that is walkable, but it's over a bridge and their isn't really much of a walking lane. Parking right next to private entrance. Lots of turn around room and plenty of room for large vehicle or trailers. Highway 299 is very close. 40 Min commute to Redding. 10 minute commute to Weaverville. 40 Min to Hayfork. 20 Min to Lewiston. Mostly people drive around here, there is a bus stop on Hwy 3 and a local bus line, but some days it does not run as it's a rural area. I have pets, but do not allow guests with pets. My dog doesn't get along with other large dogs. I have three cats, two indoor Persians, and an outdoor indoor cat.
