Tathall End Farm

Tathall End farm in a 17th century farm house and is steeped in history dating back to Oliver Cromwell times, who quite possibly passed through here with the Round Heads. The apartment can be occupied on a day to day basis or for longer lets depending on requirements. It is perfectly situated for Hanslope Park Government Buildings which is within walking distance from the Farm House. Wolverton is a 5 minute drive away and Milton Keynes 15 minutes. Although there is no cooker in the apartment there is a micro/oven/grill. There is a fridge and of course a kitchen sink. Cutlery and crockery are provided along with the essentials such as washing up liquid and towels, toliet paper, soap etc. There is an iron although there is no washing machine. Every room has windows aside from the bath room. There is also a hair dryer. There is a TV in the bedroom. We are a family and live on the ground and first floor of the property whilst the attic (second floor) has been converted into a self contained two bedroom loft apartment and is kept soley for guests. Although it shares it's main entrance with the rest of the house inside there are two seperate staircases which lead directly up to the attic giving it an element of privacy. We have two single mattress's available to set up in the apartment in the event of any children wishing to stay that is in your party. The rooms are plenty big enough. If you wished to use the second bedroom it would be chargeable at £35 per night. It contains a double bed. We do have a games room in the main house with a pool table, dart board and music which you are most welcome to use if you wish. We live in the house, myself, my partner Adam and two boys aged 11 and 16. We also have a dog called Ralph. We come and go but mostly there will be at least one of us knocking around if you ever needed anything. Tathall End is a Hamlet within the Parish of Hanlsope and is made up of about 10 houses. It is a very close community and all are very friendly. You will need a car as the only place that's really walking distance is Hanslope park and the Village of Hanslope which is about a mile away. There are some lovely walks in the area. Silverstone race circuit is half an hour drive away whilst Milton Keynes is about a 15 minute drive. We are very close to the M1 between junction 14 and 15. There is parking for two cars. The annex is advertised as having one bedroom however it actually has two double bedrooms both of equal size and has a tv. If the second bedroom is required there would be an additional cost of £35 per night.
