Our apartment is large and less than a ten minute walk to restaurants, shops, the countryside and mainline railway station. You will love our place because of the light and airy space, the Large rooms, facilities which are home from home, the large garden for your use only and the location. We have 2 work areas in separate rooms which are ideal for home working in a different environment. Access is via a number of steps. This large and airy outside space which is completely self contained with a private and secluded south facing garden which in good weather is a sun trap. Patio furniture includes large table with 8 chairs, parasol reclining deck chairs and a gas BBQ and all that is required to cook on it. This is a private basement apartment with its own front door and garden ideal for anyone who might be self isolating or working from home in idyllic surroundings both inside and outside. Access directly from the garden on to the footpath can be gained via a locked gate. Both gate key and front door key are in the key safe on your arrival We live in the main house above Close to all the local amenities found in a market town and yet within walking distance of many varied countryside and river walks in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The shops are less than a 10 minute walk away 5 minutes walk to mainline stations of Godalming and Farncombe, only 35 minute train to London Waterloo Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am, however this can be flexible if we do not have back to back guests staying, so please do ask us
