Converted barn (45 mins to Burghley!!)

A lovely self-contained converted barn to have all to yourself! Surrounded by gorgeous fields, country roads and peace and quiet this will be a great place for a bit of relaxation. This barn is only 45 minutes from Burghley so would make a perfect base for you to unwind after a fantastic day at the Burghley event. The host is a horse lover herself so would enjoy a chit chat about the days events! Two bedrooms upstairs with a possible total of 6 beds. The first bedroom contains a King size bed and then potentially two other singles. The other bedroom is a twin bedroom. This would make a perfect stay for a family with children or a group of friends. Downstairs is a small kitchenette, a living room complete with a dining area. There is plenty of parking on the driveway as this barn is situated opposite the main house. There are dogs living at this property. They are friendly and enthusiastic about visitors but please do warn us if you are not keen. The whole barn is yours to use. There is a garage which forms part of the barn. This will be locked for the duration of your stay. Guest interaction is welcomed. Animal lovers in particular! There are dogs, horses, fish and chickens in this household! There isn't much in walking distance so a car will be necessary. A short drive away you can find restaurants, local pubs and convenience shops. Public transport is not available. A car is advised for this property. There is an electronic gate. This will be opened when you arrive.
