2B, Rear of the Plough, Everdon.

This beautiful annexe is set in the grounds of my picture book cottage, located in the quaint village of Everdon. Surrounded by spectacular countryside, this newly created dwelling has lots of character and personality It has a secure equipment store for outdoor pursuits enthusiasts and provides a relaxed environment with home comforts. The rooms have tranquille colour schemes with crisp white bedding, soft towels and good quality pillows. This room does not except dogs. Rear of the Plough B & B, was completed in June 2018 and was a conversion of outbuildings using a variety of reclaimed materials. It is separate to the main house, overlooking the fields, guests can enjoy splendid walks, neighbouring Northamptonshire villages and the many local attractions. 2B has a double bed, en-suite with shower, heated towel rail, toiletries, tea & coffee making facilities, homemade biscuits, free view TV and WiFi, I provide chilled fresh milk on arrival and also outside your door in the morning For breakfast I would be delighted to give you a fine quality breakfast which will be served in my own farmhouse kitchen and cooked on my aga: • Granola • Cereal • Bread • Toast • Butter • Homemade Jam • Homemade Marmalade • Full English Breakfast with locally sourced ingredients • Tea • Coffee • Fruit Juice Breakfast is served using vintage china and cutlery. I always like to greet my guests personally where possible and will meet you at the front door, show you to the dwelling and offer you refreshments. I will be available at all times (at the very least, on the telephone) and will be happy to advise on walks, cycle routes, places of interest and delightful pubs & restaurants, along with advice on local golf courses and if required a round of golf. I have on site, a secure store for bikes and golf bags along with cycle maintenance equipment. A book listing these attractions, complete with directions & telephone numbers, will be left for you to consult. I love having people to stay and are so pleased to be sharing my love of Northamptonshire with you. The annex is in my front yard and has a stunning outside seating area with a variety of tables and chairs for guests to use. This has charm and colour and captures the spirit of the area. A wonderful place to relax and unwind The rooms have private entrances from the front yard. They are situated down a narrow private road in front of my cottage with onsite secure parking in the yard. I will email a full set of directions and instructions upon receipt of booking and would encourage you to print these as the postcode will only take you to the top of the lane by the public house. I have a Jack Russell called Ida who is very friendly and will greet you like a long lost friend. She will be happy to show you the local area for the small fee of a cuddle on your lap. Should you not be comfortable with her, she will happily stay in the house. Located in a very quiet setting, the mobile coverage can be a little weak in places. Cancel within 48 hours of booking and 14 days before check-in to get a full refund. Cancel up to 7 days before check in and get a 50% refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable. Please note from the 5th July - 8th July is a mimium 3 nights stay. There is a non smoking policy in the rooms
