Cozy & charming cape house is located in one of the nicest and quieter neighborhood in the heart of Hempstead. Newly renovated with fireplace & brand new appliances. Easy access to public transportation, recreation park and CVS, 15minutes from JFK. The house is located at the junction of CVS Dunkin’ Donuts and many other shopping areas. Guests will get access to the living room, dining kitchen and laundry room if needed. Due to my busy schedule, I rarely have interaction with guests. it's a quiet, residential neighborhood. However, you will find essential and basic things for your needs at our local pharmacy across the street and many different stores in the surrounding. the bus stop near the house and the long Island Rail Road LIRR Hempstead station is at proximately 7 minutes away. NO PETS are allowed. Please DO NOT place any wet items on furnitures. Please use the plate mats or coasters are already available. During snowfall & rainfall, please leave shoes at the entrance.
