Holiday home in two-family house with private pool, on a hill dominating the Copanello Bay, one of the most fascinating positions overlooking the Ionian coast in Calabria, only 700 mt from the beach. Ideal for large families, thanks to the large outdoor spaces, among which a garden with kids’ playground. Surrounded by green spaces, the estate features a nice outdoor terrace with pool, in panoramic position with splendid sea view, and an outdoor space with barbecue equipped for alfresco dining, under a pergola. The wonderful beaches of Caminia, Pietragrande, Copanello e Soverato are easily reachable in a few minutes’ drive and offer many beach clubs, restaurants, shops and other services. In summer time various events take place in the area, such as culinary festivals, cultural or musical events, religious celebrations. A small-size pet can be allowed on property prior agreement with the owner, who is to be contacted in advance. Air conditioning in every bedroom. The house is built on unlevelled ground going uphill, therefore it is spread on different levels, connected by some steps indoors and outdoors. It is composed of a main building with living room and first night area, and an annex with kitchen and additional bedroom in a raised position and with independent entrance. The garden with kids’ playground is on the same level as the street (which usually has few traffic). A short flight of stairs with eight steps leads to the upper level with the terrace, the pool and the entrance to the main building; in the main block you will find a bright living room with fireplace and library (books collection at the guests’ disposal) arranged on two levels, connected by 6 steps. Four more steps lead into the night area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with view over the back area with veranda. From the pool area an external staircase leads to an upper level, located on the back of the main block, with a veranda under a pergola, equipped for alfresco meals, and the annex, which has a separate entrance. The annex is composed of kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom with mezzanine (steep staircase), where the owner can add two additional beds for children (on request).
