The House is a brick built semi with rooms on three floors. Ground floor has one Double/Single occupancy room with lounge area, TV and fridge. Second floor has three double bed rooms, one is ensuite with TV and fridge and a Single room. Also a shared Shower room/WC. On the third floor there is a Family room with a Double bed/ up to three singles and a cot if required. There is parking for three cars. Use of Kitchen, Dining room and Patio. Free tea and Coffee available. All rooms are well furnished and comfortable. Depending upon the make up of your party we will endeavour to supply accommodation to suite your requirements. Guests also have access to the Kitchen, Dining room, downstairs WC, Patio and garden. Excellent Public Transport, Buses, Trains and a good local Taxi service. Otley, a small Historic Market town situated in the Wharfe Valley, a Mecca for Walking/ Cycling and Motoring. Also situated close to Otley Golf course and the river Wharfe for boating and fishing. It has a Agricultural Show in May, a Walking Festival and Town centre cycle Road Racing in June, a Folk Festival in September to name a few of the local attractions. Easy access to the great Yorkshire Show in July. The Historic Walled City of York, Various Stately Home sand many more Historic sites near by and wonderful county side .
