Beautiful wooden house in quite surroundings

Bright new summerhouse with a big wooden terrace and a big lawn. Private and quiet. A nice fireplace and 10 min by car to a lovely beach. It has 3 bedrooms - master bedroom with king size bed and queen size beds in the other two bedrooms. There’s a nice well equipped kitchen in open area with the living and dining room. The decorations is a cozy Scandinavian style. There’s a driveway fit for two cars. Lovely wooden house with dishwasher and washing machine. There’s floor heating in hall, kitchen and bathroom. Additional there’s electric heating too. All facilities is free of use for the guests. I’m almost always online and can also be reached by phone 24/7. Nice quiet summerhouse neighborhood with friendly people. The closest town is Grevinge - just 1,5 km away - there’s a “Brugsen” Bytoften 2, 4571 Grevinge. It’s open until 19 o’clock. The nearest bigger city is Asnæs - that’s where I personally prefer to do my groceries. There’s a small center with a pharmacy, a “Netto” and a “Brugsen”. You need a car to get around. There’s a small train between Grevinge and Holbæk- so it’s possible to take the train. There’s a 1,6 km walk from Grevinge to the summerhouse. You need to buy wood if you’ll like to use the fireplace. There’s an “Jem og fix” just 4,8 km from the house. The address is Industrivangen 2B, 4550 Asnæs, Danmark
