Light filled comfortable lodge

My comfortable lodge is set on an island with a few others. Beautiful trees all around . With a small lake you can do fishing from the decking .very peaceful with 24 hour security team . Good for cycling , walking . Little shop walking distance . Public Swimming pool. Pub on site walking distance but far away enough to be quiet. Shops 10 minutes drive . pubs/ restaurants nearby. Central to many country parks . Friendly place. Peaceful part of the park. Fairground at the entrance of the park. I have unlimited WiFi . Netflicks . TV . There is plenty to do if you want to drive out . But if you just need to relax and take time out it is a relaxing place to stay sitting out on the decking with tables and chairs to eat alfresco. . The water foul are beautiful . They love being fed from the decking . air conditioning hot or cold (Website hidden by Airbnb) gas central heating . Upto 2 well behaved dogs allowed . Inside the park they have to be on lead but plenty of walks nearby where you can let them off. Please bring blankets for chair protection thankyou. A lovely spot to fotget the outside world and enjoy the trees and nature around the lodge . At the entrance of the park is a small Fairground with a mini trainride and mini golf and go carts . These are only open in high season. My neighbours are very friendly and will respond if you talk to them . But also a quiet plot . The whole lodge and garden at the side . With parking . There is a laundrette on site . I have a washing machine in the shed only available if staying longer than 1 week . There are gates on the decking and for the (Website hidden by Airbnb) can make areas shut off for pets or children. There is a laundrette on sight a 5/10 walk away from the lodge , open from 9am to 9pm . Hi i give my phone number out on the day before arrival so any concerns or queries you can text or phone . Theres plenty of walks around the park. A small manmade beach . Pub 15 minute walk away (the willow ) and the quays family pub half hour walk just out side the oark. A chip shop and petrol station just in front of the park . A venue with bar and swimming pool. All this is away from the lodge so if you dont want it you wont be disturbed by it . There are 2 shops for essentials. If you would prefer quieter places to eat there are lots of country pubs with good food a short drive away . Lots of country parks nearby and good walking routes . 2 of my favourite places to walk are Brafield farm land walks and earls barton .... lovely river walks . Also all the big food shops 10 min drive away. Milton keynes half hour drive if you want to go big time shopping . And lots of canal / river/ farm walks. Earls Barton award winning cafe 10 drive away with good walks on the doorstep . Cinema and fast food places nearby . I have parking outside my lodge for 2 cars. Bus service is not so easy you would need to go out of the park via public footpath and walk about 10 minutes to a main road . Most people get a taxi . There is a train station in the town. There is decking . When it rains a lot it can be slippery so go careful. Guests are responsible for thier own safety while in my property .
