The flooring has been updated to hardwood and tile floors throughout. There are 6 TVs in this well appointed vacation home, including a 55" (or larger) flat screen in living room. Cable TV featuring most of your favorite channels, high speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi), central air-conditioning, and even a kayak are all provided for your enjoyment and comfort! With 4-5 Bedrooms, this home sleeps 8 - 9 people comfortably, with 2 bedrooms on the first floor, both with a king size bed. The second floor has two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. The 5 bedroom/den is on the first floor and has two twin beds. There are 5 Bathrooms - each bedroom has its own private bath, with 1 additional full bath with tub/shower combo located off the main hallway. There are 2 on-site laundry facilities available for your convenience, on on the main floor and one in the game room on the lower level/basement. I am Jerry, your host. I was born and raised in Oneonta and I live in the area. I am just 15 minutes from the property and I can easily be reached at any time via call or text should you have any questions or issues. You will be greeted by me or one of my teammates at the property. We will get you registered, give you the keys and a brief orientation to the property to get you settled in. Avonmora is a very serene waterfront location, located on a dead end street located in a residential lake community. Please respect local speed limits, noise ordinances and quiet hours.
