Spacious fresh warm and clean - Room 5

A lovely bedroom on the first floor of a large old farmhouse. Recently redecorated and has wifi, a desk, chair, and comfortable bed. It's a private room with access from a separate staircase leading to a generous landing to make tea/coffee. There are buses during weekdays and Saturdays to Guildford, Alton, Farnham and Aldershot. Trains run regularly all week to and from Waterloo to Farnham, Guildford etc. On Sundays guests would either walk or cycle to the station (35 and 15 mins). Public transport is doable especially in the summer months but ideally this place is better served by car. There is on site parking and we are close to all amenities and transport hubs. There are other wifi alternatives since, occasionally this room doesn't pick up the main one, but the others all work fine and we haven't had a single guest who wasn't able to connect with the wifi. Occasional noise from boiler and shower room when in use in the adjacent room might be a nuisance if you are bothered by this sort of noise. In the past 12 months it has been mentioned once by one guest.
