Silvia's Place

Silvia's Place is in a quiet, mature neighborhood close to ISU campus and a few short minutes from downtown Ames. The view from this charming abode is serene. Perfect for a business traveler who would like the comforts of home as well as families who would like a little more room. There is a private entrance to the lower portion of the house where you will enjoy a living room, bedroom, sitting room with an inflatable couch, bathroom, and large kitchen. Silvia's Place has the comforts of home with amenities like a hair dryer, ironing board, coffee maker, and NetFlix. The bedroom has a queen size bed. The sitting room has an inflatable couch comfortable to sit on or nap on. The kitchen has a microwave, toaster, refrigerator, oven, dishes and pans. Silvia's Place is perfect for the overnight traveler as well as the business person who needs to stay in Ames longer and doesn't want to be stuck in a hotel room eating out at restaurants every day. Either Silvia or Cathy will be available to guests during their stay. We are happy to share suggestions for restaurants and things to do while in Ames. Silvia's Place is in a quiet upscale neighborhood. The AirBnB is in the bottom level of the house which provides privacy from the rest of the world. Parking for guests is available free of charge at Silvia's Place. CyRide, the city wide bus system, can be accessed by a short 10 minute walk. No smoking or drug use is allowed on the premises. You will be asked to leave with no refund if you are found to be smoking or using drugs while on the premises.
