With uniquely advantageous location, sitting on a slope and in the first row of houses from the seafront, the house offers unobscured and exceptionally wide view of the Pagasetic gulf, the city of Volos and Pelion, the mountain of the Centaurs. Sit on the large, wooden table in the shade and cool of our canopy and enjoy some BBQ. Lie on a provided chaiselong and enjoy a beverage under the starry sky. There are 4 beautiful beaches in Agios Stefanos; the closest one is merely a 1 minute walk. If you wish, the city of Volos is only a 10 minute drive away and offers a wide array of options for food, drinks and entertainment. The beautiful beaches of mount Pelion are only an hour's drive away. The whole ground floor is provided. On the ground floor you will find a large kitchen, spacious bedroom, living rooom with a fireplace, dining room and (Website hidden by Airbnb) the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom plus the master bedroom with its own (Website hidden by Airbnb) of the 3 bedrooms on the first floor have stunning view of the sea,mount pelion and the city of Volos. Grand outdoors with green and colourful flowers, canopy with BBQ and large wooden table. Free of charge parking space. I will probably be in the semi-basement-guesthouse of the house, completely independent of the guests. I am often with my family and our dog, Alby. Alby is a friendly labrador in his own space completely independent of the area the guests have , in the back yard of the house. My co-host or me , will always be available to help you. Agios Stefanos or Soros is a quiet, seaside settlement 10km away from Volos downtown, the sixth largest city of Greece and just 2km from Alykes or Nees Pagases where you can find markets, ATM, bakeries, pastry shops, butchers, a veterinarian, a betting shop, cafes, beachbars and nightlife including bars, clubs and restaurants. Nea Agchialos, the beautiful village of wine, is only 13 km away. While beautiful Mount Pelion of pitoresque villages and golden beaches is just an hour's drive away. A car is strongly recommended as buses are not that frequent. Local buses run right in front of the house to Volos twice a day (7:30 and 14:30) except for Sundays. Local buses run frequently from Nees Pagases to Volos. Use of your own vehicle is recommended; free of charge parking space is provided. The houses is located 30 minutes from the Nea Agchialos airport.
