Bright, clean, cozy basement 10 minutes from DC

Welcome to DC! You'll be staying in my clean, bright, private basement with separate entrance, secured by electronic lock and ADT system. A small back yard provides outdoor space and privacy. Enjoy the single serve coffee maker while sitting or laying on a brand new sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. Multi purpose futon provides extra seating and sleeping space. DC tourist attractions and downtown are a 10-20 minute drive, BWI and DCA airports are 30 minutes, and Metro rail is 10 minutes. The space features private electronic entry, brand new coffee maker, sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, futon for additional seating and sleeping, private bathroom with basic toiletries, washer and dryer for small loads, 700 to 1000 thread count sheets, WiFi, fire stick TV, Xbox, central air and heat. Entry is around the back of the house. Guests will have access to the basement only, upstairs access is restricted. Guests will be given a code for entry. Keys are available in case there are issues with electronic entry. I am available by text at all times should guests require any assistance. I am happy to help! Our neighbors are very friendly and we all take great pride in our properties. Nearby, you can walk to Walmart, Grand Mart (international grocery), AMF bowling alley, Panda Express, America's Best wings, 7-Eleven, Family Dollar. Ledo's pizza, Aldi, Walgreens are less than 5 minutes drive. Car, Lyft, Uber, Metro Popular Washington DC destinations are less than 20 minutes away, including the National Mall, Lincoln Memorial, Smithsonian Museums, African American Museum, Washington Monument, and dozens more. I am more than happy to recommend some great places to eat and neighborhoods to explore. BWI and Reagan airports are 20-30 minutes drive. Metro access is a 10 minute drive or Uber/Lyft ride, where you'll be able to access MARC train to BWI, Metro to Reagan airport, Union station, Smithsonian, National Mall, and other tourist destinations. FedEx field is less than 15 minutes drive.
