UD / Green room / $600/mo, if 3 months or longer

Completely furnished, private bedrooms enable International and temporary guests to live in a small America town, close to the University of Delaware. Our home was built in the 1890's. It is charming and clean, but will never look sterile. We are a busy couple so we look for clean, courteous, competent, independent guests. We offer and expect privacy. I have allergies so guests must be NON-Smokers, traveling lightly with no Pets and must be prepared to document Covid Vaccination. We can supply Linens if desired. Guests may reasonably use Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Laundry. Guests much leave any Common Areas as clean (or cleaner) than before use. Guests are welcome to enjoy our Porch, Patio and Gardens. Guests may NOT enter the private Bedrooms of others, or our Library. Guests may not store items at our home. We do not want to import any 'pests' or damage our property moving items in and out. Our home is located on W. Main Street. We are walking distance to many UD buildings, and only 4 homes away from the ELI-West building. The famous DEER PARK restaurant is nearby. This is a quiet, tree-filled neighborhood. The Free UD Campus Bus stops one block away. Several Del-DART Public Transportation bus routes stop nearby. The Newark Train Station has SEPTA trains to Philadelphia (PHL, U.PENN, 30th St Main Train Station and Center City) for $7.00 and also Amtrak Trains to NYC, DC, Wilmington and Philly with connections to almost anywhere. Non-smoking means NEVER (not "I only smoke" outside " or "Vape" or "smoke pot for anxiety"). I survived Cancer and Sepsis, but developed extreme reactions, even the smell of smoke lingering on clothes can produce hyper-emesis and migraine. We value guests who value low-allergen living.
