'Bedknobs' is a detached self-contained property in our back garden comprising of a double bedroom, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, kitchen, & lounge/diner. The property has underfloor heating, WIFI, Sky television inc. movies, DVD player, fridge/frzr, electric oven, gas hob, coffee m/c and washing m/c. Positioned in a pretty back garden with access via it’s own entrance. Off road parking for 1 vehicle. Situated in Waterlooville with shops and takeaway’s within easy walking distance. ‘Bedknobs’ is ideal for a professional person who is working away from home during the week. Or for anyone visiting the area to see friends/family, visit some of our local attractions like the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard or catch a ferry to the continent. You will find everything you need to have a home from home stay. The property has a separate access via a locked gate at the side of the main bungalow. The outside space is shared with the main bungalow and guests are welcome to use the garden and a patio area outside the door from the lounge. We live in an adjacent property, so can be available should you need anything during your stay. We will also provide you with our mobile number. ‘Bedknobs’ is situated in a quiet residential area of Waterlooville, Hampshire. It is ideal for a professional person who is working away from home during the week. There are shops within walking distance including a small supermarket, chemist and takeaways. ‘Bedknobs’ is approx. 8 miles from Portsmouth, 8 miles south of Petersfield, and only 2 miles from the A3M. Havant train station is approx.15mins drive. Without a car the no 7 bus from the end of the road is ideal for Waterlooville centre, Portsmouth City Centre, Cosham and Queen Alexander Hospital, and the number 39 will take you to Havant.
