Caribbean Villas Oasis is our 8 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, spacious and modern home we welcome you to enjoy with family, friends, colleagues. Completely remodeled, upgraded with new furnishings and appliances throughout, enjoy our oversized galley kitchen, huge dining room, family room, and living room with space for 20. Literally 2 minutes from Shacks Beach, on a quiet cul-de-sac, with a tropical rain forest for our backyard, come relax and swim, snorkel, hike, bike, or fish our northwestern shore. If you are looking for a modern getaway retreat (pool coming August 1), with high speed wifi, flat screen TVs and acs in every room, then Caribbean Villas Oasis awaits your arrival!!! We hope you will enjoy your stay with us :) Please note: from June-November is storm season here in PR. During this time , internet, electrical, cell service and water outages (or low flow water or brownouts) may occur. Booking this Airbnb (and any Airbnb in PR) means you understand and are fully aware of this reality as we can not guarantee these amenities. Guests are welcome to use whatever supplies are in the Airbnb (not in locked off areas). However, we recommend all guests stock up on any provisions they think important for themselves before or upon arrival. These may include water, candles (matches), flashlights, canned food, music and netflix or Amazon prime on cell phones and ipads. If there is an electrical, cell, or internet outage, do not expect us to answer immediately. We will reply as promptly as we can. Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll per kitchen, and 1 towel per person is provided. *Regular pool, lawn, ac, and other maintenance is ongoing for our Airbnbs. Accordingly, we will require access to the property at times to complete these tasks to keep our properties up to par.
