Cambridge Furnished Budget Studio apt with W/D

1 bed 1 bath furnished apartment in boutique building of 4 small apartments dedicated to professionals working in the area on a short term basis. The utilities, WiFi, and cable TV are included. The reservations are all managed through the airbnb platform for safety and security. The apartment is fully furnished with furniture, bedding, linens, dishes, towels, sheets, TV, internet, and all cookware with kitchen appliances. There is a full kitchen and washer and dryer. When you enter the space there is a large room which has the small love seat sized sofa, the bed and tv. Then there is a separate bathroom and kitchen. Inside the kitchen is the washer and dryer as well as the kitchen appliances. This apartment is located in a small 4 unit apartment building. All apartments are accessed through a main building front door and each apartment has its own door and entrance from the building lobby. Each guest is given a personal pin number to open the front door to the building and then each apartment has its own door keys and lock. This is a standard apartment building that each of the 4 apartments have been set up strictly as short term airbnb rentals for out of town workers coming to the area. We require all guests to be respectful and quiet while entering and exiting the building because some guests work different shifts and sleep during the day and others at night. I have a very descriptive detailed set of check in instructions. The locks are smart locks of which each guest may choose their own 4 digit code. When the new guests code is programmed any previous codes are deleted. I prefer communications always be through the airbnb message system and if needed we can speak via the phone. The building uses a lot of smart technology so many things can be resolved remotely. It is a small town so response times from local contractors i use can be slower so i have set things up to handle remotely. There is the Go Bus and Barron's Bus that go all over the state and neighboring states and pick up directly in Cambridge.
