Idyllic Cottage in Rural Village of Ellingham

The Toft is an attractive barn conversion sitting in the pretty and popular village of Ellingham walking distance to the Pack Horse Pub. The property is stone built and enjoys pleasant views across the countryside. With a log burning stove, 3 bedrooms sleeping 5 people, parking for two cars and only 12 mins drive from the sea, and fibre broadband we look forward to welcoming you to The Toft! There are three bedrooms upstairs, one King room, one Twin room and one Single room. A travel cot and mattress are available if needed. There is a family bathroom upstairs with a bath and toilet and a second toilet downstairs. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen-diner with farmhouse style table and separate cosy living room with a wood burning stove. There is also a study. At the front of the cottage there is a small enclosed garden which is ideal for small children or a dog, with a seating area which gets the evening sun. There is also a back door which opens into the study with parking at the side of the property for two cars. At the side of the cottage there are two washing lines that pull across the side of the cottage. We welcome one well-behaved furry friend per stay but ask that they stay downstairs and an extra charge of £20 to make sure we keep it super clean for all our guests! You can access the whole of the property, there is a small private garden at the front and space to park off the road at the side of the cottage. Ellingham is a rural village which has the feeling of being in the middle of the countryside even though its just a hop off the A1. There is a beautiful church and local pub called The Pack Horse. It is also home to Ellingham Hall which hosts events and weddings.
