An independent, spacious, newly furnished cottage with it's own private garden set in the beautiful grounds of Oldberrow Court in Warwickshire. An open plan living/kitchen area leads to the bedroom and bathroom. A very well located property for exploring. Only 2 miles from Henley-in-Arden, with it's wide selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. A short trip from historic Warwick and Shakespeare's Stratford-upon-Avon, The Cotswolds to the south and Birmingham and the NEC to the north. The cottage is a separate dwelling at our family home, which is in a semi-rural location, surrounded by fields, horses, cats and dogs. The cottage has an open plan living and kitchen area, with an oak floor. A double bedroom and bathroom lead off the central area. It has its own private garden and a private parking area. It is accessed by a very long drive, through electric gates. Guests will only have access to their cottage, garden and parking area. I will be here to welcome you when you first arrive. We live on the site so are available if you have any queries. We are less than a 5 minute drive from Henley-in-Arden, which is a lovely small town with a number of restaurants, pubs and cafes, as well as the famous Henley Ice Cream which is well worth a visit on a sunny day! There is also a supermarket, post office, and a selection of small shops, as well as a train station with direct links to Birmingham and Stratford upon Avon. For sight seeing we are only a 20 minutes from the historic towns of Warwick with it's magnificent Castle or Stratford on Avon and the heritage of Shakespeare. For those of you who enjoy National Trust properties we are less than half an hour from Coughton Count, Ragley Hall, Packwood House, Charlecote Park, Baddesley Clinton. And of course the gateway to the beautiful Cotswolds starting with Broadway. For those of you here on a work trip, the NEC is easily accessible as are Birmingham and Solihull. You have direct access to footpaths from our farm which can take you on a variety of country walks. We have very good transportation links. We are only 15 minutes from the M40, M42, and the M5. We are also 5 minutes from Henley-in-Arden train station and 20 minutes from Warwick Parkway station (which has a direct train to London Marylebone and Birmingham New Street). We have horses, cats and dogs here. The strongest mobile network here is vodaphone. After waiting for so long we have finally got superfast broadband.
