The cottage has a wet room bathroom with rainfall shower, yorkshire stone flooring in the kitchen and outside courtyard for guests to enjoy a glass of wine or evening meal. Easy access to York, Harrogate and Leeds plus the charming City of Ripon is 15 minutes by car. Dove Cottage has been renovated to a very high standard, to make it feel like a home from home for guests. Good quality bed linen and towels, plus modern decor and appliances aim to provide you with a lovely stay! Downstairs is the kitchen plus separate living / dining room with a dining table seating six comfortably. Two good sized sofa's mean you can relax on an evening and watch our freeview TV. One sofa doubles as a very comfortable double sofa bed, so up to 6 guests can stay overnight comfortably. Outside is a pleasant seating area (please note - outside seating not available in bad weather/winter months) and a secure locked shed - perfect for cyclists to lock their bikes away. There is also a hot and cold wash off point outside the front door for washing off bikes and muddy wellies. Guests have access to the entire property. I live 15 minutes away so can easily be on hand or at the end of the phone if there is a problem.
